ROSY SKIN RITUAL FACIAL
Sensitive/sensitized/reactive skin is becoming more and more prevalent as skin care manufacturers are including actives in every formula leading to poor combinations that can result in overstimulated and overtreated skin. This can appear as dull and congested skin or redness, itching, swelling, and painful breakouts.

LIFTED FACIAL MASSAGE
This facial is all about toning, sculpting, and lifting the structures of the face. After a good cleanse, we begin with lymphatic work to prepare the area followed by massage techniques developed to release muscular tension and holding patterns, reduce inflammation and puffiness, and sculpts and lifts the tissues for a toned appearance. Buccal massage is performed with gloved hands inside the mouth to smooth nasolabial folds and expression lines around the mouth. Care is always taken for your utmost comfort. As a licensed massage therapist with an additional endorsement for intraoral massage, I am also able to perform optional deep release on the muscles of the jaw and TMJ which can help reduce jaw pain, tightness, and tension headaches. Scalp, neck, chest, and shoulders are treated as well.
All but a few of your facial muscles are mimetic, meaning they do not act across a joint to produce movement. Instead, their primary function is to express our emotions. Our expressions, or suppression of them, create a pattern of movement that is stored in the memory of your muscles. There are several studies linking our facial expressions to our emotional state and mental health. Most clients experience a deep sense of relaxation and occasionally an emotional release during this treatment. The face is such an incredibly intimate place to work and this unique treatment, while offering clinical and measurable results, also offers a space for deeper connection to self.
Results from the lifted facial massage, while remarkable, are temporary and do not claim to emulate the results of a surgical facelift (even though it’s often marketed this way). For lasting results, treatments are recommended once a week for 4 weeks, every other week for 4 weeks, then once a month for regular maintenance.

SPICULE PEEL FACIAL
Peels can do wonders for the skin. Its ageless results include reducing the appearance of expression lines by increasing collagen production, brightening hyperpigmention (red/brown spots), purifying congested pores and preventing blackheads, whiteheads, and breakout, smoothing skin texture and reducing the appearance of enlarged pores.
Spicules are tiny microscopic “needles” from the exoskeleton of marine sponges or certain types of coral. When massaged into the skin they create a micro-channeling effect and act as a trans-epidermal delivery system. Once embedded into the skin they create a histamine reaction, bringing oxygen-rich red blood cells to your skin’s surface. Over the following days, the spicules will dissolve, releasing a polypharmacy of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients which help stimulate collagen, normalize melanocyte activity (pigmentations), and improve cellular health.
While still a relatively new treatment in the US, this Korean skincare method is reportedly as ancient as Cleopatra and her milk baths and offers a really unique alternative to chemical peels with instant and lasting results that have been touted as being on par with microneedling. While chemical peels are a tried and true method, Spicules offer similar benefits that do not rely on overly acidifying the stratum corneum to denature the proteins found in your skin cells. Because there are no harsh acids, it’s safe for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Results are cumulative and treatments are best done in a series of 4-6 and can be performed at light and medium depths depending on your goals and downtime requirements.
The light peel is recommended for your first treatment to prepare your skin for deeper peeling and to familiarize yourself with the (minimal) tingling sensation. The light depth refreshes tired skin, increases cellular turnover, hydrates, and resurfaces with no actual peeling or shedding and minimal to no discomfort. You do not need to graduate to a higher depth to continue enjoying the benefits of this facial. In fact, the light peel is available for purchase as home care and can be used as your weekly exfoliation with instruction.
The medium peel is spicy! You will feel mild-moderate tingling sensations as the peel is massaged into your skin for up to 5 minutes. The spicules will remain in your skin over the next 2-3 days and may produce a slight tingling sensation when touched. This peel has downtime! Mild redness and swelling are normal for several days after treatment. Peeling is individual and may start on day 2 or up to day 4 and may last 3-5 days. If you are working through a series, each session can be done as early as 10 days after peeling has finished
Both depths of this treatment are unsuitable for clients on Acutane or have used Acutane within 1 year. All retinoids must be discontinued 14 days prior to this service.

NANONEEDLE HYDRATION THERAPY + LED
Nanoneedling is a non-invasive skin treatment using pyramid shaped silicone-tipped carbon microtubes. This treatment offers an abundance of benefits including deep hydration and gentle exfoliation which can improve tone and texture, reduce the appearance of enlarged pores, reduce the appearance of expression lines, especially around the eyes and lips, and may reduce hyperpigmentation associated with acne scarring and environmental damage when used in combination with pigmentation inhibitors.
This treatment is gentle and safe but very effective. When the silicone-tipped pins gently touch the skin, they create thousands of nanochannels, these micro injuries trigger the skin’s natural healing process stimulating collagen production and allowing for greater penetration of our customized skincare products.
Nanoneedling is performed using a microneedling pen however unlike microneedling, the usual needle cartridge is exchanged for a nanoneedling cartridge, which has no actual needles. This treatment may cause mild redness and swelling immediately after the treatment but otherwise has zero downtime and is a completely painless treatment. This facial includes everything you’d expect from my signature facial with a little less massage and can be customized for your unique skin type.

DEEP CLEANSE BACK FACIAL + MASSAGE
This clarifying treatment removes impurities with soothing enzymatic cleansers, gently exfoliates with fruit acids to clear congested pores, and includes a nutrient dense Moor Mud mask rich in phytonutrients that can help regulate sebum production, reduce inflammation, and increase cellular rejuvenation. Ample time is given for thorough extractions. To finish, we use ultra hydrating serums, hydrosols, and nourishing vitamin C creme that can all be customized to your unique goals.

CELLUMA LED LIGHT THERAPY

All three wavelengths are present whenever the device is in use. CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Cranio sacral therapy is a subtle technique using the palpable flow of cerebrospinal fluid as it makes its journey from the cranium down the dural tube, bathing your spinal cord, finally reaching the sacrum and returning back up to the cranium. The bones of your cranium and sacrum articulate around the movement of this fluid to allow for the natural expansion and contraction of this fluid.
This modality uses subtle adjustments of the cranial bones to restore balance to the rhythm and flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Microcurrent treatments target the musculature of the face by mirroring your body’s own healing frequency to stimulate the production of collagen and increase cellular energy. This helps reduce the visible signs of aging such as loose or sagging skin and expression lines by lifting, toning, and sculpting facial structures for smooth and tightened appearance.

High frequency treatments are used to treat and prevent acne, minimize the appearance of pores, reduce the appearance expression lines, decongest puffy eyes, fade dark eye circles and even rejuvenate the condition of the scalp and nourish hair follicles for healthier hair growth.
High Frequency works by using a thermal current to pass electricity through a glass tube filled with either argon gas, for acne treatments, or neon gas for anti-aging treatments.
Argon electrodes deliver oxygen-rich molecules that create an anti-bacterial action and thermal tissue warming.
