MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

This treatment is wonderful for everyone, especially sensitive/sensitized, allergic, couperose, or rosacea skin types, and helps greatly to increase healing time after cosmetic and structural procedures.

CELLUMA LED LIGHT THERAPY

Red light reduces the appearance of expression lines, hyperpigmentation, and inflammation, and increases collagen production.

Blue light kills bacteria causing acne and breakouts and reduces associated inflammation, lesions, and redness

infrared light increases circulation, accelerates tissue repair, eases muscle pain, relieves joint stiffness, and enhances overall cell performance on a microscopic level.

All three wavelengths are present whenever the device is in use. For an effective treatment, your skin must be completely naked of topical products, otherwise the light is reflected rather than absorbed by skin cells. Additional time is added to your facial to ensure none of your other masking stages are compromised with the addition of LED.

HAND + FOOT TREATMENT

Luxuriate in a beautiful copper basin foot bath with aromatic salts and therapeutic botanicals. A gentle exfoliating and skin renewing serum is applied to both hands and feet, followed by botanically infused shea butter, warm towel compresses, and heated herbal hand and foot mitts.

Perfect if you need a little extra love in the form of deep tissue neck, shoulder, and jaw massage. As a massage therapist of nearly 20 years, I offer both therapeutic and relaxing techniques to reduce muscular tension, relieve headaches, reduce TMJ symptoms and jaw tension/pain to increase circulation, cellular health, and nervous system function. As a certified cranio-sacral therapist with the endorsement to offer optional intraoral massage, I can safely and effectively release facial tension by gently massaging jaw muscles inside your mouth with gloved hands.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

EXTENDED EXTRACTIONS

I generally allot 5-7 minutes of extraction time in any given facial which gives me time to extract comedones (black and white heads) over the T zone as well as a few lesions, if present and ready for safe extraction. Extractions are a very important part of a facial and I do prioritize them, however, I will not aggressively go after your blockages if I feel they are not ready and will cause more harm than good which can include the rupturing of follicular walls and spreading present bacteria and/or leaving redness, irritation, scarring, and hyperpigmentation marks.

MOOR MUD MILK + HONEY HERBAL BODY MASQUE | coming soon

Ethically sourced selenite crystal powder is used in this formula for its energetic cleansing properties (as well as its ability to eventually dissolve in water). As a part of your immune system, your lymphatic system supports your overall health, from providing nutrients to cells and tissues to protecting your body from foreign intruders like viruses, bacteria, and cancerous cells. I believe the root of many physical and emotional imbalances are caused by unprocessed traumas; the internalized wounds and formative experiences of this lifetime; intergenerational trauma; internalized systemic and cultural beliefs; and the deep, often unseen, grief of severed ancestral roots.
