ABOUT ME

I’ve been in private practice since 2006, working as a multi-modality holistic practitioner. I am a licensed massage therapist, herbalist, certified ayurvedic practitioner, craniosacral therapist, wellness coach, and most recently, a licensed esthetician and skincare formulator.

My extensive training and continued education include intra-oral (inside the mouth) massage and visceral manipulation (abdominal) work. I also have some limited training in core energetics and somatic bodywork.

My path has led me in many directions, including a deepening into my own relationship with physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Along the way, I’ve learned how rare it is to be truly met where we are, without expectation to be anything other than how we arrive, and how powerful it can be to offer that kind of space for people. I consider myself fortunate to have walked alongside those walking their healing journeys, becoming as much a part of their lives and stories as they have become part of mine.
