Buccal massage is a gentle and effective technique performed inside the lips and cheeks to firm the jawline contour. Improves the strength, elasticity, and tone of lax muscles and skin while reducing the appearance of expression lines around the mouth and nasolabial fold.

I am also certified to safely and effectively perform intra-oral massage techniques that release facial tension by gently working jaw muscles inside your mouth to release jaw tension, reduce TMJ symptoms, and relieve headaches. 

All techniques performed inside the mouth are done with non-latex gloved hands, without exception.

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is a watery substance that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. It plays several crucial roles such as delivering nutrients, oxygen, and hormones to the brain and spinal cord, while removing waste. 

CSF circulates from the brain, down the spinal column, to the sacrum. These bones articulate around the movement of this fluid to allow for its natural expansion and contraction. This modality uses subtle adjustments of the cranial bones and surrounding tissue to stimulate stagnant fluid and restore balance to the rhythm and flow of cerebrospinal fluid. 

Because it is such a gentle technique, many find this work to be relaxing, supportive, and nourishing to the nervous system in addition to treating headache, facial tension, jaw tension, TMJ, fatigue, and improving overall wellness to all systems in the body.

Experience deep relaxation with a nourishing hair and scalp treatment inspired by the infamous Ayurvedic treatment known as Shirodhara. 

Our natural Fruit Acid Complex exfoliates and deeply cleanses the scalp. A copper peptide ampoule with pumpkin seed and saw palmetto extracts nourish and encourage new hair growth, while an aromatic keratin hair masque with argan oil and phytonutrients encourage strong and lustrous locks. Botanically infused oils are warmed, gently poured over your hair line and massaged into the head, neck, shoulders, and decolleté, bringing circulation to the facial muscles, lifting and toning the eye area while brightening and rejuvenating facial appearance.
